Safely meet through SolvistaConnect

In-person therapy appointments aren’t for everyone. Answer a few questions and a SolvistaConnect team member will call you within two business days to connect you with your desired telehealth service.

For those who prefer meeting their provider in-person, we have locations in Cañon City, Salida, Westcliffe, Leadville and Buena Vista for your convenience. After you complete our brief questions here, a SolvistaConnect team member will call you and schedule an in-person appointment at the location nearest you.
